We did it!

The Presbytery of Eastern Oregon gathered (31 people strong) and cleaned up the cemetary at Tutuilla Presbyterian Church.

We did it again!

Five people, representing four churches, plus the people of the Umatilla Presbyterian Church gathered to remove brush and trees from the parking lot of the Umatilla Presbyterian Church.

Jack Schut and Steve Toth were in hog heaven with their power trimmers and chain saws as they cleared more than five feet of brush from the corner of the parking lot.

Others used chain saws and trucks to remove trees and brush from the rest of the lot.

The ladies of Umatilla Church provided a great snack and wonderful lunch.

Norma Busler wrote:  THANK YOU to all who helped you have allowed us to be about 5 years ahead of where we thought we might be with this project.

THANK YOU AND GOOD WORK

PILOT ROCK COMMUNITY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

OUT OF THE ASHES

Pilot Rock Presbyterian Community Church is in the  process of designing their new building.  They hope to begin building late this Fall or early next Spring.

Eighteen months after the sanctuary burned at the Pilot Rock Community Presbyterian Church

ground work has finally begun on the new building.

The congregation thanks all of you who have supported them with your prayers during this time of transition.
